Exchange & refund policy

  • At Paridhan Ek Pehchan , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
    In case you’re not, please follow the below process for initiating exchange & return of your order. 
  • Free Exchange
  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of receiving the product only through proper channel.
  • You need to enter the order number & your registered email phone number. You can exchange the same product in a different color/size option or you can exchange with a different product from our catalog.
  • The product should be unused/unworn and a request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • No request will be taken for the products that are getting exchange for the second time. 
  • Return policy
  • If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to raise the request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s). We will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin codes).
  • RETURN REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ENTERTAINED IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED ONLY AN UNTEMPERED PACKAGE.
  • In case of Prepaid Return, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges for sending back the product to our warehouse. Full amount will be refunded to the customer(Prepaid orders) after making a deduction of standard delivery charges paid by Paridhan Ek Pehachan at the time of generating the reverse pickup.
  • The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 days after the product is received by us. 
  • COD RETURNS WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR ORDER VALUE (AFTER DEDUCTING THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES) WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 90 DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

  • Exchange & Return Policy
  • We try our best to deliver the best product to you. We do all the quality and hygiene checks before dispatching the products to you. However, we have a exchange and return policy in place to handle the corner cases – 
  • If an incorrect item is being sent to you, we will replace the product.
  • Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return at our end.
  • Post receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 7-10 working days.
  • If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7-10 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Paridhan Ek Pehchan and accepts Paridhan Ek Pehchan’s decision regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.
  • Please make sure that the products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, or gift cards. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
  • Custom made products/Products personalised to your requirement
  • On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.
